  Have had the worst customer experience I have ever had with ASUS. My 4 month old notebook lost power suddenly and would not power back up. ASUS had me send it in to them for warranty repair. Never received any communication with them. After they had the machine for 30 days and after I had called 7 times all they could tell me was that the machine had failed two tests. Then they sent me an invoice and said that the LCD was cracked. The screen was not cracked when I shipped it. Of course, I know that it could have been damaged in shipping, but based on how it was shipped that is highly unlikely. And, how does it take them over 30 days to mention that the screen is broken? I have to keep calling them and am just on hold most of the time talking to some phone rep outside of the country. Do not buy ASUS.
