  Great service! Abdul stayed late past closing to replace the battery in my note 5. Knowing how people can feel uncomfortable about their phones being out of their sight during a repair, he invited me to watch as he did the full replacement. Great service at a really good price!

  I've struggled with my iphone 6 for about 18 months with a screen that intermittently would respond erratically or freeze up entirely. Sometimes it would go crazy as if someone was tapping all over. I was certain it was touch disease but felt the phone cost too much to replace so soon. Apple kept having me download new installs or reload my phone from itunes each time I called to try to make an appointment to get it fixed. Patchwork was a different story. Abdul assured me that touch disease was unlikely on the 6. He suggested swapping the battery and re-seating the display connector. I was a little skeptical. He did the work while I waited and much to my surprise, 3 days later it is still going strong. No more rebooting 12-20 times a day. If you watch him work you can tell he cares about his craft. Highly recommended.
