  Today visited this store to get a review and order IPhone X, after 30mins of wait we met this guy called Ravi. He was down right rude and lacks basic customer service etiquette. To start with he signaled with hand and told us to come. When we asked about product new features, he asked us to go google and figure out about the products and I ll find all information online, then what is he selling there? Attitude?? I seriously don’t know how they hire such incompetent guys, I would rate minus if possible. Don’t go to this guy if you visit this store!

  Poor service! Every times I go to this site asking for help, they just charge me $65 for solving my so called problem which is their system errors! They never fix the problem totally! Shame on AT&T poor service!

  The staff is here is dishonest. They don't know what they're selling. One staff member will say one thing, and then the next will say another, very hypocritical. The lines are too long. They also sell you plans for data that will cost you more when they know there's something better for you. The wifi they sell has terrible connection. Their staff stayed a whole day in my house setting up my tv and did it wrong. Then they blamed me for not having the cables they're supposed to have. And they say they're "wireless". It's been months and my TV still doesn't work right.
